We understand that circumstances can change and that there will be occasions when people cannot make a camp they have booked. Due to the limited number of tickets available for each event we ask that refund requests are made as soon as possible in order to give us the best chance of reselling the ticket.
Refunds are offered based on a sliding scale depending on the time remaining until the start of camp.
- Cancellations made before 1st February 2024 will receive a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made before 1st May 2024 will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made before 1st July 2024 will receive a 25% refund.
- Cancellations made after 1st July 2024 are non-refundable.
All ticket refunds are subject to an additional £10 processing fee which covers card transaction fees and the relisting of the tickets.
